Once submitted, your CV will be reviewed by Henry Dawson, Consultant at Pure.
Successful applicants whose experience, skills and motivations match the brief will be invited to interview with Henry during May / June 2022. A shortlist of candidates will then be presented to South Norfolk and Broadland District Council in late June 2022.
The full job specification will be shared, and you will have the chance to discuss the role and company in more detail. Henry will answer any of your initial questions to support your application.

A deeper dive into your experience and technical ability. There will be technical questions as well as management questions. This will be an opportunity to meet and discuss the transformation journey to date and plans moving forward with senior members across both councils.
You will have a chance to reflect on the interview processes with us, and talk through any further questions you may have and of course, we will also be there to support you through any offer and onboarding processes.
